Clinical Sales Manager DACH Region

As a Clinical Sales Manager for the RoboticScope, you will play an important role in supporting our customers in the use of our device in and around the operating room (OR).
You will focus on driving the use of the RoboticScope and ensuring that new surgeons and surgical disciplines in existing customer sites are trained and proficient in the use of the device. In addition, you will manage customers, build strong relationships and identify opportunities for upselling additional devices and service contracts.
Responsibilities
1. Clinical Support
- You will provide in-depth support to customers in your assigned territory on the use of the
- You will identify opportunities to support hospitals in the regular use of the RoboticScope.
- In indirect markets, you will support distributors with their onboarding and customer events (product demonstrations, training).
2. Customer Support
- You will manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the RoboticScope.
- You will develop strategic customer plans to maximize customer retention and usage.
3. Increase Utilization
- You will work closely with hospital staff and surgeons to identify and overcome obstacles to utilization.
- You will monitor usage patterns and make recommendations to increase device utilization at customer sites.
4. Upselling and Revenue Growth
- You will identify opportunities to educate additional surgeons/departments to increase utilization and sell additional devices to existing customers in your territory.
- Promote and sell service contracts to ensure optimal performance and maintenance of the RoboticScope.
5. Coordination of Events and Workshops
- Organize and conduct workshops, educational events and demonstrations in your area to present the RoboticScope and its benefits.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning sessions to promote knowledge sharing among technologists.
6. Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, OR staff and hospital administrators.
- You support and advise your clients on an ongoing and trusting basis.
7. Planning and Time Management
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve KPIs and targets in your territory.
- Efficient time and resource management to maximize client interaction and support.
8. Data and Reporting
- You will collect and analyze data on device usage and customer feedback.
- Produce regular reports for the Sales Director Europe on sales activity, customer engagement and usage trends.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field, e.g. medical technology, healthcare management, business administration.
- At least 5 years' experience in clinical sales, account management or a similar role in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven success in driving product utilization and achieving sales goals.
- Strong understanding of surgical environments and the needs of OR staff.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work on-site with various customers in your assigned territory.
- Very good knowledge of German and English

Your actual salary will depend on your training, professional experience and qualifications. The basic salary for this position is a minimum salary of EUR 3,042.28 according to the collective agreement (collective agreement for employees in the meta industry, job group III after four years in the job group), plus a variable, performance-related component. A fair overpayment in line with the market is important to us and will be agreed in a personal interview.
