To strengthen our team at the Innsbruck location, we are filling the following exciting position with immediate effect:
Mechatronic Developer (m/f/x) full time (32 - 38,5 h)
Your tasks
- development of mechatronic assemblies for our robotic surgical microscope
- setup of test environments and support of tests according to IEC 60601-1
- risk management and documentation according to relevant guidelines (medical devices)
Your skills and qualifications
- completed studies/HTL in the field of mechatronics, electronics, or comparable technical areas
- professional experience in the field of mechatronics or electronics development
- experience in medical technology is an advantage
- experience with Altium Design or similar PCB design software advantageous
- competent management and organization of cooperation with external partners
- structured approach to work and experience with technical documentation
- strong communication skills and ability to interact with (international) customers, service partners, and colleagues in the team
- high degree of independence
Your future working environment
In addition to the classic Microsoft 365 applications, we use Confluence (Atlassian) as a documentation & development system and Jira (Atlassian) for project organization. With this we organize our tasks in small teams via 2-week sprints. Our CRM tool for all customer-related processes is continuously being improved.
We pay attention to ergonomics in our workplaces as well as in our working environment, and our personal working hours are freely configurable within the framework of our flex-time agreement. Our communication is open, questioning the status quo is our daily business. The characters and interests in our team are diverse and colorful, and we all work together to ensure that there is enough freedom for each character. What we do together is varied, very challenging and above all: very interesting!
We would like to point out that for this position there is a minimum basic salary (collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, application group IV after two application group years) of EUR 3,186.40 gross (14x). There is the express willingness to overpay!
