BHS Technologies is a determined and rapidly growing high-tech company with a focus on medical technology. We develop, produce, and market highly innovative technologies to make surgeons and doctors healthier, and safer at work. To strengthen our team at the Innsbruck location, we are filling the following exciting position with immediate effect:


Sales Manager, full-time (38,5h)

Your tasks

  • Independent support of our existing customers (sales partners and end customers)
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Elaboration of offers and leading of negotiations ideally until the conclusion of the contract
  • Development of sales strategies and strengthening of our brand in coordination with internal departments (marketing, product management)
  • Sales and revenue planning in coordination with your colleagues and budget responsibility for your areas
  • Ongoing data collection and analysis in our CRM tool
  • Participation in congresses & workshops and support of our customers in the application of the software
  • Collaboration in the creation of dealer contracts, tenders and other documents

Your skills and qualifications

  • Completed technical, medical or commercial professional training.
  • First professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of medical technology
  • Competence in dealing with digital communication formats, good IT skills.
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Motivation to develop in a dynamic environment and to be involved in shaping processes
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate across departments in our company.
  • Structured & analytical way of working and a high degree of self-reliance.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
  • Driving license B

Your future working environment

In addition to the classic Microsoft 365 applications, we use Confluence (Atlassian) as a documentation & development system and Jira (Atlassian) for project organization. With this we organize our tasks in small teams via 2-week sprints. Our CRM tool for all customer-related processes is continuously being improved.

We pay attention to ergonomics in our workplaces as well as in our working environment, and our personal working hours are freely configurable within the framework of our flex-time agreement. Our communication is open, questioning the status quo is our daily business. The characters and interests in our team are diverse and colorful, and we all work together to ensure that there is enough freedom for each character. Your actual salary depends on your education, professional experience and qualifications. In any case, this will be above the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 2,872.49 (collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, application group III after six years in the application group) and will be agreed with us in a personal interview. A fair overpayment in line with the market is a matter of concern to us.
