Clinical Application Manager

BHS Technologies is a high-tech medical technology company and develops, produces and markets technologies to improve the working ergonomics of surgeons and doctors.

 

To strengthen our team in Innsbruck, we are looking for a Clinical Application Manager (f/m/x) full time starting October 2023.

 

Our Clinical Application Team currently consists of five experts who support our customers in realizing the full potential of our RoboticScope. Together with our sales team, the CA team conducts loaner deployments in interested clinics worldwide and accompanies the commissioning after successful completion.

Your main tasks

  • Product demos

  • Technical OP support

  • Introduction/commissioning in a clinical environment

  • External and internal training

  • Partner and customer support (application-related)

  • Support of evidence studies

  • Controlled market introduction of further developments

  • Documentation of market feedback with the tools provided for this purpose

  • Definition and further development of clinical applications of the RoboticScope

  • International travels: minimum 50% of your working time, willingness & flexibility to travel partly at short notice

Your supporting tasks

  • Creating workflows in coordination with the users
  • Creating and managing spaces for demos, trainings and validations
  • Create training concepts and training materials
  • Actively work with and improve clinical application processes

Your skills and qualifications

  • Preferably completed technical studies (Bachelor or Master level)
  • Work experience in the field of medical technology
  • Experience in working in a regulated environment (ISO-13485, EN 60601-1)
  • Experience in sales and in dealing with customers and interested parties
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Independent working style and motivation to acquire new knowledge on your own initiative
  • Experience in networking, team-oriented work and a high degree of independence

We would like to point out that the minimum basic salary for this position is EUR 2,540.15 (14x) gross, depending on education and experience. There is an express willingness to pay more!
