BHS Technologies is a high-tech medical technology company and develops, produces and markets technologies to improve the working ergonomics of surgeons and doctors.
To strengthen our team in Innsbruck, we are looking for a full-time Service Engineer (f/m/x) starting as of now.
As part of our service team, you will not only maintain and repair our products at our factory in Innsbruck and at the customer's site. You will also receive feedback from our customers and partners and pass this on to our R&D department and discuss it with them so that they can integrate the feedback into the further development of our products.
You will train and support our worldwide distribution partners and customers in a competent and friendly manner in German as well as in English. In corporation within the Service Team and with other teams you can offer solutions on short notice on how to minimize downtimes of the devices.
Your main tasks
Service and maintenance of the RoboticScope at our facilities in Innsbruck and on-site in hospitals and at our international partners facilities (approx. 30% travel time), including device testing in accordance with EN 62353/VDE 0751
Documentation of conducted work to maintain a complete device history record and to fulfill medical technology regulations
Creating work instructions for internal & external use
Creating training documents for technical staff (internal & external) and conducting trainings
Your supporting tasks
- Regular takeover of our bilingual service hotline
- Supporting development of and validating cross-departmental processes
- Shaping the future of the Service Team
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Your skills and qualifications
- Successfully completed technical education (HTL, FH, university), ideally in the field of Mechatronics
- Drivers license B for at least 2 years
- High communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team, with high reliability
Skills and knowledge that is very welcome, but not mandatory
Knowledge in the field of medical or medical technology industry
Experience in training technical staff and in creating training documents
Experienced knowledge in MS 365 – Outlook, Word, Teams, Sharepoint
Experience with CRM and ticket systems

We would like to point out that the minimum basic salary for this position is EUR 2,540.15 (14x) gross, depending on education and experience. There is an express willingness to pay more!
